You can update the following details yourself at any time from the Nishe Merchant Manager:
Merchant name
Brand website
Instagram handle
Description
Profile image
Featured image
Before you start
You'll need your Nishe Merchant Manager login: the email and password you created during onboarding. If you don't have these yet, contact your Nishe or Marketplace account manager.
Step 1: Log in to Merchant Manager
There are two ways to access the Merchant Manager
Option A (preferred): Through your Shopify admin
Log in to your Shopify admin.
In the left sidebar, under Sales channels, click Nishe.
Click Open Merchant Manager.
Option B: Go direct
Go to https://merchants.nishe.ai/.
Sign in with your Gmail OR the email and password you already created.
Step 2: Open your profile settings
Once you're logged in, click Settings, then Profile.
Step 3: Edit your details

Merchant name | The public-facing name of your brand |

Instagram handle | Links to your Instagram profile | The '@' before the handle is optional |
Description | Short description of your brand | Maximum 150 characters. (IG description usually works best) |

Featured image | Square image that best represents your brand | One (ideally, lifestyle) image that best represents your brand. |
Change as many or as few fields as you like.
Step 4: Save
Click Save when you're done.
Your changes will appear on your live pages within a few seconds.
FAQ
I can't see Nishe in my Shopify sidebar.
The Nishe sales channel may not be installed on your store, or your Shopify user account may not have permission to see it. Ask your store owner to check, or contact us.
Who can edit our profile?
Anyone with Nishe Merchant Manager login details for your account.
